Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable event for all participants, we ask that you follow the guidelines below:

General Expectations:

Treat all attendees and hosts with respect, kindness, and courtesy.

Follow the instructions of the event host(s) throughout the evening.

Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, aggression, or intoxication will result in immediate removal from the event without refund, and possible permanent ban.

Pressure-Free Environment:

To maintain a low-pressure environment for all:

You may not ask for or offer contact information, including but not limited to phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses, or last names during the event.

All matches will be facilitated by the event organizers after the event ends, based on mutual interest indicated in the scorecards provided.

Additional Notes:

The host reserves the right to remove any participant at their discretion if conduct is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent bans from future events.
